The Fluke Networks Pocket Toner NX2 identifies and tests VDV coaxial cable to detect continuity, short and open circuits, and AC/DC voltage, and features a detachable tone generator cap with a removable coupler for testing male and female connectors. The toner tests live cabling and is protected up to 52V. The deluxe kit also includes F-type female 81 and male 71 adapters, a Dial Tone Detective that connects to telephone jacks, a 66 block adapter, an RJ11 adapter, an RJ45 adapter, and an alligator clips with RJ45 adapter for testing telephone lines and networking cables, RCA male and female adapters for testing audio and video cables, and BNC male and female adapters for testing miniature to subminiature coaxial cable.
