General Information

The ServSwitch Single DVI CATx KVM Extenders, USB, extend the distance between local USB consoles and CPUs and remote USB consoles up to 400 feet (121.9 m) over CATx cable. Connect a keyboard, mouse, and DVI-D monitor directly to the computer on the transmitting end of the link and a KVM console with a DVI-D monitor on the receiving end. Dual access enables you to use your computer at either location. With more monitors connected to your computer, you can put a different applicaiton on each monitor to eliminate tedious switching between applications. Or if you have an application that uses lots of small windows, you can expand it across both monitors for more work space. This receiver is especially versatile when used with the ServSwitch DKM DVI-D KVM Switches (ACX0808, ACX0816, ACX0832, ACX1616, ACX1632).
