1FT 24AWG Cat6A 500MHz STP Ethernet Bare Copper Network Cable - Blue

TIA/EIA 568B specifications set a higher standard with CAT 6a (augmented) cabling, providing twice the bandwidth of standard cat 6 (500mhz vs. 250mhz) for support of 10 Gbit systems in the future. Be ready for all the future holds of your critical high performance network system with our highly reliable CAT 6a cables. Monoprice Cat5e and Cat6 cables are made of 24 AWG pure bare copper wire, as opposed to copper clad aluminum (CCA) wire, and are therefore fully compliant with UL Code 444 and National Electrical Code TIA-568-C.2 fire and safety standards, which require pure bare copper wire in Cat5e and Cat6 communications cables.
