The CRU RAX840-XJ 8-Bay JBOD 4U Rackmount Enclosure offers 6 Gb/s performance with a Multilane SFF-8088 interface supporting eight 3.5" SATA hard drives. TrayFree bays make adding drives effortless. It's as easy as opening the door, sliding the drive in, and closing the door. No screws, no trays, it just works.

RAX840-XJ, with 6Gb/s performance, is an ideal solution for post production audio and video editing, storage or backing up large amounts of data. With the option of a dual redundant power supply, RAX840-XJ offers extra security to protect data. Our TrayFree design also offers HDD hot swapping.
