This DisplayPort cable kit includes four cables for connecting your computer to a KVM switch. Recommended for the Tripp Lite B005-DPUA2-K and B005-DPUA4 KVM switches, the kit saves you money by combining necessary cables into one convenient bunch.

DisplayPort

The DisplayPort cable lets you view the video content of your computer via the console's connected monitor. It supports Ultra HD True 4K video resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 (4K x 2K) at 60 Hz.

Latching Connectors Help Prevent Accidental Disconnection and Expensive Downtime

Having a cable come loose accidentally can mean costly and time-consuming signal loss. The latching DisplayPort connectors help you avoid such danger, protecting your audio/video transmission by maintaining a secure link without failure. The latching cable is also invaluable when moving equipment in a rack or removing equipment from tight areas, ensuring the cord always stays connected.

USB

The USB cable connects the KVM switch's USB-B port to your computer's USB-A port. It enables you to control all connected computers from one centralized keyboard/mouse, while also accessing external flash drives, printers, scanners or other devices connected to the switch's USB peripheral ports. The cable supports USB 3.1 Gen 1 data transfer speeds up to 5 Gbps.

3.5 mm Audio

Two 3.5 mm stereo cables connect external multimedia speakers, a microphone or headphones.
