The Vertiv Geist Rack Transfer Switch VA4N2100 is a versatile rack power distribution unit (rPDU) with a transfer switch. It is a 20A, 120V, single phase rack PDU with 10 NEMA 5-20R outlets and a max power capacity of 1.9kW. The RTS provides redundant power to single corded devices and helps ensure continuity in the event of power loss. It can quickly detect power loss on the main source and automatically switch it to the secondary source within 4 to 8 milliseconds. The Interchangeable Monitoring Device provides unit level remote power monitoring, as well as environmental monitoring capabilities with the addition of optional sensors. This TAA-Compliant Vertiv RTS comes with a standard three-year warranty, which can be extended to five years if registered within 120 days after purchase.
