General Information
Slimline Blu-ray Writer with 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray playback offers a solution to the lack of optical drives in laptops. Super-slim, brushed metal enclosure is an ideal external accessory for a notebook or ultrabook. Use it to create a backup of all the important files that you don't want to lose, family pictures, videos, accounting documents and more. The bundled Nero Burn and Archive software for PCs features DiscSpan, MediaHome and SecureDisc Technology to simplifies organization, burning and archiving. Playback software is not included. Blu-ray writer is USB 3.2 GEN 1 with USB-CTM connection that delivers power so no need to carry a bulky power adapter. It offers 6X maximum write speed and 4X maximum read speeds for BD-R/BD-R DL. External writer stores up to 100GB on a BDXL disc, 8.5GB on a Double-Layer DVD and 4.7GB on a standard DVD. It is fully compliant with MDISC archiving technology and comes with a USB-C to USB-A cable, USB-A to USB-C adapter and 25GB Verbatim Blu-ray disc.
