A Brother authorized service representative will arrive at your site to begin hardware maintenance between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm local time, Monday through Friday, excluding Brother holidays. Calls received by 3:45 pm Eastern Standard Time will be provided service by the next working day. This applies to sites within 50 miles of the Brother authorized service representative.
