Extend your reach and grasp new possibilities with your USB Type-C® equipped computer using the Consul Series of USB-C® adapters. Featuring USB Type-C 3.1 functionality, the Consul Series is able to offer a variety of options to expand your ability to work anywhere.

This Consul™ Series USB-C to HDMI® Adapter provides a number of connections to expand your USB-C equipped computer's functionality. Featuring both HDMI and VGA video ports, you can connect an external HDMI display at resolutions up to 4K@30Hz, including 1080p@60Hz and 3D video, or a VGA display at resolutions up to 1920x1200@60Hz to expand your system's desktop area or to mirror the main display. It includes a Gigabit Ethernet port, allowing you to enjoy the superior speed and security of a wired network connection.

The USB ports deliver USB 3.1 Gen 1 SuperSpeed connectivity, allowing for up to 5Gbps of data transfer between connected devices. One of the Type-A ports complies with the USB Battery Charge (BC) 1.2 standard to provide up to 1.5 amps of charging power for mobile devices. USB Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 compatibility not only provides up to 100 watts of charging power through the Type-C port for charging laptops, but also allows you to add or remove a power source without losing any data connectivity.

HDMI® and VGA Video:Connect an external HDMI® display at resolutions up to 4K@30Hz, including 1080p@60Hz and 3D video, or a VGA display at resolutions up to 1920x1200@60Hz to expand your system's desktop area or to mirror the main display.

USB 3.1:The USB Type-A and Type-C® ports comply with the USB 3.1 Gen 1 standard and can deliver up to 5Gbps of data throughput.

Gigabit Ethernet:The Gigabit Ethernet port supports data rates up to 1000Mbps, allowing you to enjoy the superior speed and security of a wired network connection.

Power Delivery 3.0:When connected to a compatible host device, this adapter supports the Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 standard, allowing you to connect and disconnect up to 100 watts PD without dropping any data or video connections.
