The AS54 series now come with four M.2 slots for NVMe SSDs. The high performance of M.2 SSDs requires heat dissipation and the upgraded chassis reflects the needs of the four M.2 slots found inside. Superfast 2.5-Gigabit Ethernet ports

The AS54 series, despite being extremely affordable, contains dual 2.5-Gigabit Ethernet for up to 5 Gbps of performance when combined using SMB multichannel.
