The JC16 Ethernet Switch is Layer 2 supported, providing enhanced network capabilities. It conforms to IEEE802.3, IEEE 802.3u, and IEEE 802.3ab standards, ensuring broad compatibility with a wide range of devices. With 16 10/100/1000 Base-T ports, it offers ample connectivity options for multiple devices. The switch's high back-plane bandwidth of 32 Gbps ensures efficient data handling and smooth communication across the network. Additionally, it features IEEE802.3x Flow control for optimized data flow and network stability.

One of the unique features of the JetConnect JC16 is its one-key function conversion, supporting three modes: normal mode, VLAN mode, and extend 250m mode. In normal mode, the switch operates with default settings. In VLAN mode, Ports 1-14 are isolated from each other and only communicate with the uplink ports 15-16. This feature enhances network security by controlling network storms and protecting information integrity. In extend 250m mode, Ports 1-14 can transmit data up to 492 ft (250 meters) using Cat5e/6 or higher network cables, while ports 15-16 operate normally.
